When should I arrive?
Arrive Monday, September 28 by end of day to start the conference bright and early Sept. 29.

Napa and wine country also has a number of good options listed on AirBnB.com. If you are not already registered with AirBnB, you can do so here and get a credit toward your stay.
Meals?
We will be serving continental breakfast and lunch on both days, Sept. 29-30. After the session on Sept. 29, we will have a networking reception with wine and hors d'ouvres. Dinner on Sept. 29 is up to you!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Using the email address you registered with, send the new guest's name and email to info@sharelikebuy.com. Allow at least 72 hours prior to event start.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. Send any change of your own information to info@sharelikebuy.com
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not required, but a good idea. If we don't have your registration AND you don't have your printed ticket, you'll need to register at the door.
What is the refund policy?
Because credit card companies charge higher rates if we issue refunds, we don't. Instead, you may transfer your registration to another guest up to 72 hours prior to the conference.
